Return, Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

At Our Daily Bread & The Gluten Free Bakery, we take pride in creating high-quality gluten-free baked goods and want every customer to be delighted with their order.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund

Food Safety & Returns

Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns of baked goods once they have been shipped or delivered.

For food safety reasons, please do not send products back to us unless specifically requested.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or is missing products, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Photos of any damaged items and packaging

Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, store credit, or refund.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, if a shipping issue affects the quality of your order, please contact us and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Customer Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to an incorrect address due to information provided incorrectly by the customer. Refunds, replacements, or store credits will not be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address submitted at the time of purchase.

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to update the address before the order is processed or shipped; however, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Allergies & Dietary Information

Our products are made to be gluten-free. While we follow strict gluten-free procedures, customers with severe allergies or medical concerns should review product ingredients carefully before ordering.

Refunds will not be issued due to ingredient preferences or dietary restrictions that were clearly disclosed in product descriptions.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours after purchase or before production begins, whichever occurs first.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
