Shipping Policy

Thank you for ordering from The Gluten Free Bakery. Each order is freshly prepared and baked to ensure the highest quality and freshness upon arrival.

Order Processing

Please allow up to 48 business hours for order processing and baking before your order ships.

Because our products are made fresh to order, processing time includes:

  • Reviewing and preparing your order
  • Baking and packaging your products
  • Preparing the shipment for carrier pickup

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. For example, an order may require up to 48 business hours for processing before shipment, plus the carrier's transit time.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to an incorrect address due to customer-provided address errors. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee modifications once production has begun.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather events
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • High-volume shipping periods
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. We may request photographs and additional information to help resolve the issue.
