The two breads that I received (buckwheat GF) had been rescued just before being burned, with harder crusts and drier middle sections than Our Daily Bread at Sunflower Market. That was disappointing.

I have been a fan of you Buckwheat bread for a number of years. I like to rotate the foods I eat, including my grains, so it is nice to have Buckwheat twice a week; matter of fact, it is the only Buckwheat bread that I have ever seen on the market.
