I’ve recently eliminated gluten. It’s been hard because I make my own sourdough bread. Our Daily Bread products have made it the change easier. This bread is very good toasted. I haven’t tried it without toasting it.

My favorite sliced bread for sandwiches or toast. It grills & toasts perfectly for a nice crunch. The size of each slice is also great. I order regularly online so I always have some on hand. I store my loaf in the refrigerator since I always toast or grill my slices before eating.
