The. BEST. Bread! Super healthy, complex carbs. Low in sugar, no junk ingredients. Extra boost of omegas/fats from the flax. It’s a win all around!

Excellent texture and flavor

I have been looking for a healthy gluten free bread that can be used as toast, sandwich, or to sop up food juices. This flax bread is delicious and works for these things. My only suggestion to make it even better would be to add some actual flaxseed seeds to make it a bit more whole grain.

Can I say how delicious this bread is? I can get gluten free locally but nothing like this oh so tasty, great texture, smells wonderful - Love this bread! Life without toast would be toast - but this bread, which I just happened onto at the open air market in Union Square NYC, is delicious. I am even willing to pay for shipping!
